1. Our Service & Coverage Area

Mexill is a hyperlocal marketplace that connects customers with local restaurants and independent delivery partners within Naraingarh, Haryana and its immediately surrounding delivery zones. Mexill does not prepare or cook food itself — restaurants listed on the platform are independent businesses responsible for the food they prepare. Service availability, delivery radius, and delivery times may vary depending on your exact location within the coverage area.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Service under the supervision of a parent/guardian, to place an order.
• You register using your mobile phone number, verified via a one-time password (OTP).
• You are responsible for keeping your account and phone number secure and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate delivery address and contact information.

3. Orders, Pricing & Taxes

• Menu prices are set by individual restaurant partners and may change without prior notice.
• Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) on food and delivery, along with delivery fees, are shown in your cart and at checkout before you confirm your order.
• Order confirmation is subject to restaurant acceptance and item availability. If a restaurant is unable to fulfill part of your order, you will be notified and any applicable amount refunded.

4. Payments

• You may pay via Cash on Delivery or online payment (UPI, cards, or netbanking) through our secure third-party payment gateway (Razorpay).
• Mexill does not store your full card or bank account details; these are handled directly by our payment gateway partner.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹).

5. Delivery

Estimated delivery and preparation times shown in the app are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, order volume, or restaurant delays. Mexill and its delivery partners will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order accurately and on time, but delivery time estimates are not guaranteed.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled free of charge before a restaurant accepts them.
• Once a restaurant has accepted and begun preparing your order, cancellation may not be possible, or a partial charge may apply to cover preparation costs.
• If your order arrives incorrect, incomplete, or not as described, contact support within a reasonable time for a resolution, which may include a refund or replacement at our discretion.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: providing false order or delivery information, abusing restaurant or delivery partners, attempting to interfere with the platform's normal operation, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Restaurant Partners & Content

Restaurant names, menus, images, descriptions, and offers displayed on Mexill are provided by the respective restaurant partners. Mexill makes reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate but is not responsible for errors, omissions, or the quality, safety, or hygiene of food prepared by restaurant partners. Any concerns about food quality should be reported to us so we can follow up with the relevant partner.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mexill's liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the value of the order giving rise to the claim. Mexill is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Intellectual Property

The Mexill name, logo, app, and website content (excluding restaurant-provided content) are the property of Mexill and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the Service. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time (see our Data Deletion page).

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having competent authority over Haryana, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
